MAJOR BUG ON 1.20.2 DELTA DATAPACK (this time for real)

I can't really see why but everytime you enter you have to do /reload in order to make the delta datapack work, also it seems to have lots of flaws when used with other datapacks, I thought it had to do with the Tick.txt file so... yeah

Going into the files, into data/delta/functions/internal/summon/summon_creepers_recursive and changing the summon command location to ~ ~ ~ instead of ~ ~1000 ~ fixed it for me
