not working on 1.20.1

I tried using the pack but it ain't working for me. I made a test function with: 

scoreboard players set $strength delta.api.launch 10000
function delta:api/launch_looking

I noticed that delta:internat/summon/summon_creeper wasn't working because of syntax errors:
"$execute rotated ~ ~$(negative) positioned ^ ^ ^-0.01 run function delta:internal/summon/summon_creepers_recursive"
