[Feature] Ability to open data stored in Google Cloud Services

I have a lot of OME-Zarr (0.5) data stored in Google Cloud Services, and would like to view it in vizarr. The links we use with neuroglancer look like zarr://gs://ucl-hip-ct-35a68e99feaae8932b1d44da0358940b/MR-1/placenta/19.19um_overview_bm18.ome.zarr/, but this type of link doesn't seem to work yet with vizarr. It would be great if this did work, as it's where we store all our data on https://human-organ-atlas.esrf.fr/

Need to review Zarrita support. Extend to other storage like S3, where easily extendable.
