Create initiatives section

This is an opportunity to share what we're doing at Black Python Devs and why we do it.

It is also an opportunity for folks to learn how they can support us and what their support goes to.

To Implement:

• Create a new page called initiatives.md
• provide content from - https://github.com/BlackPythonDevs/.maintainers/blob/main/initiatives.md?plain=1
• After each section include companies, conferences, and brands that we're working with.
