+
+The **Global executor** is the community leader, responsible for guiding the direction of the community and achieving its [mission](https://blackpythondevs.github.io/about).
+
+## Current role leader

+## Responsibilities
+
+The following are the duties and responsibilities of the Global executor:
+
+- coordinate the appointment of leadership members
+- facilitate partnerships with outside organizations
+- provide guidance and insights on regional decisions relevant to the responsibilities

+## Access
+
+The Global executor will be granted access to the following:
+
+- admin access to all repositories in the [Black Python Devs](https://github.com/orgs/BlackPythonDevs) organization
+- full access to publish on all social media accounts and add users to the Discord and [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/groups/14336241/) communities
+
+## Term limit
+
+The Global executor is a permanent leadership position with no official term limit. However, it's recommended that the role be held for no longer than five years.

+The **Regional executor** is the lead representative for a specific geographic region in the Black Python Devs community. This role ensures the unique needs of each region are met while supporting the community’s overall mission. The Regional executor will report to the Black Python Devs [Global executor](global-executor.md).
+

+## Responsibilities

+- launch new Black Python Devs user groups in underserved areas

+## Term limit
