In /how_to/respond_on_behalf_of_the_community.md, we need to document how members of the community can respond on behalf of the community in scenarios such as speaking engagements, lightning talks, and pitches.

Anyone who is willing to have conversations on our Discord to gather ideas from members of the community can take on this task.
