options on tickets:

  1. auto ping the people opened the ticket if staff answer him. (and delete the ping automaticly like pebblehost discord ticket bot if you know this host)
  2. auto close ticket if who open the ticket didnt answer the staff message. (like didnt respone to staff message with option to set timer )

i forgot to wrote that on the option to its will warn if the user will not respone it will delete in %timer%

Hi bluetree do you have a Estimated time when you will out an update with that suggest? if you dont have time its ok just update me if you will work about it or no becuase i opened that on oct.

The reason im delaying some features is possibility that PreBot my future project will replace this plugin so instead of wasting time working on this i would work on prebot, this is why i don't focus much on this plugin anymore, i will try implement this today for you tho, im not really busy as before currently, but ive been working on prebot instead of any other project, dw ill try my best to bring this feature asap.

And thank you also for reminding me i literally forgot i had feature requests on my plugin 😂😂😂😂 i immediately went to prebot when i had time

Now it is possible to ping the user when someone else sends a message in their ticket channel, for the first time, you can choose the delay before deleting the ping in the tickets config. This will not work for old tickets tho, you can find this in development builds here. The other feature will be added soon

bro while testing this was a bug and it was so annoying i don't recommend 😂
