As a user, I want to delete my account so that I can stop using the platform and request the removal of my personal information when appropriate.
Description
This user story allows users to initiate the deletion of their Sawaka account. Before deletion is processed, users should be informed about the consequences of the request, including potential loss of access to platform features, profile information, and personal settings. The platform should provide a clear and transparent deletion process while respecting documented data retention policies.
Acceptance Criteria
Users can initiate an account deletion request from their account settings
The platform displays a confirmation step before submitting the request
The confirmation explains the consequences of account deletion
Users must explicitly confirm their deletion request
The deletion request is recorded by the platform
Users receive confirmation that their request has been submitted
Authorized administrators can review pending deletion requests
Account deletion requests follow the platform's documented retention policy
The feature works correctly on desktop and mobile devices
