Deleted pictures are not removed correctly

If the "Delete file after upload" checkmark is set under settings, the pictures seems to be deleted from the camera, but not in an entire correct way. The camera still "believes" that the picture exists but instead of showing the picture it now shows the text "Not able to display content". The pictures seems to exist in the camera's internal index of pictures but since they are deleted they cannot be viewed.

I'm not sure if there is an API available in the media store api to remove media from the index. I had a look through and didn't see one.

I never got around to try it out- but i recon it'd be interesting for you as well.

It's even called deleteImage. How did I not find that, lmao. Ok well I'll try and sort out the authentication blocker first but thanks for the reference it's super helpful.
