Was wondering if this is possible, and if it will yield a different model from simply dropping the item on the ground. Asking this because some items, such as the Archer Ring, give a model without a base when dropped on the ground.

From my (limited) understanding of OSRS, the sprites of an item icon are obtained from the actual object being animated.
