card does not seem to be pulling info in home assistant

I have tried to use the card and configuration but its not pulling any information, any help would be greatly appreciated

HI @BraynArts i have pulled your card into my home assistant instance but getting unvail on most of the items, how are you getting these sensors to provide data? Ive used your yaml but no luck
