Every country correctly mapped and displayed

• XK -> Kosovo
• SS -> South Sudan
• KP -> North Korea

Need tp be added in https://github.com/BuildTheEarth/web/blob/f887d65c3cf04c3030d465081272507951a6a272/apps/frontend/src/util/countries.ts and https://github.com/BuildTheEarth/web/blob/f887d65c3cf04c3030d465081272507951a6a272/apps/dashboard/src/util/countries.ts

• Netherlands Antilles can be removed because that's no valid code anymore.

Once i got approval to do that, i'll make a pr.
