Default lengths of Reads #10

The default values for lengths of R1 and R2 are incorrect.

R1L --> 179 nt
R2L --> 143 nt

These values need to be changed for the arg defaults in simIntSiteReads.R and for make_miseq_reads() (@ line 200) of simIntSiteReads_func.R .
