[Request] On Ground walkie sound and in orbit ship monitor

Hey, i don't know if those features should be their own mod or an option in here, similar to restoring the ship icon
After playing V9, i noticed that up to v38, you could see the planets while in orbit, starting with V40 you don't see anything beside the ship railings, i suppose the outside lights were removed or made really dim

For the walkie, in the files there is a sound called WalkieTalkieTalkingNotHeld (hope i got it correct) as the name say it's supposed to play when the walkie is on and on the ground, currently on the ground the walkie only play the transmission beep, would be quite cool if it also played the intented sound effect

Interesting. I didn't know the planets and moons were still visible in v38. I will take a look at restoring this feature because I do like how it looks.

Are you sure WalkieTalkieTalkingNotHeld doesn't play? I'm nearly certain I've heard it in-game before and I don't think anything has changed with the walkie-talkie since release (apart from v60 adding the company noises)

Nice, i also think the moons adds to the immersion

Concerning the walkies i never heard that sound ingame, i tried with a friend, turned my walkie on, put it on the ground and asked him to talk through it while it was on the ground but i would only hear the beep sound
I also checked the wiki after this, even if it's not always accurate they do report the sound as unused on the walkie page

The orbit ship monitor will be much prettier in the next update. (I have re-enabled the sun and fixed some issues with the routing particles.)

Still need to look into the walkie-talkie thing but I will try to put it to use, if I can.
