Imcompatible with version 0.28+ due to .Net 8

As warned in #2, Cosmoteer has now updated to .net 8, so EML no longer works. I'm happy to open a PR with the required changes, but it'd still require someone to update the steam workshop page. If EML is just not being maintained anymore and you don't mind, I could also just fork it and create a separate workshop page?
