Edit Room tool stop working after closing room pop-up dialog by clicking the cross icon. 

Notice that closing the  pop-up dialog with the "cancel" button won't break the Edit room tool. And re-selecting the Edit Room tool after selecting other tools can bring the Edit room tool back to work.
