Scrolling issue, significant #114
Description
Adding timecodes or text at the bottom of the Notes area does not advance the scroll. Happened on Chrome, full screen mode, W10. One must scroll down manually every new line off the first page.
It was also burying new timecodes made by ctrl-J. Could not scroll to them. They were accessible after I took the window off of fullscreen.
These problems are intermittent, difficult to recreate. Sometimes it scrolls fine and then doesn't again.
Exporting and reimporting, the bottom line gets cut off the Notes fields. Tested with several exports and reimports.
Possibly related issue:
#101 In the same instance as the scrolling problem, the disappearing headings issue happened. I did not refresh but saved and moved active work to another instance.
