This would allow someone to be, say, taking notes on a recorded Zoom call, and then once the Zoom call is shared out, they would already have their time coded notes.

A secondary feature that would be nice to have along with this would be to increment or decrement all timecodes by a set amount of time. This would be useful because I might start the TIM timer, say, 10 seconds after a recorded Zoom session starts so all of my timecodes would be off by 10 seconds, and in one fell swoop, I could essentially manually re-align them.
