CSCS-CI infrastructure #220
Description
As noted by @leclairm, CSCS now provides official documentation to run on CSCS machines in CI via FirecREST:

Rather than going the (at least for me seemingly more) complicated way we did for aiida-icon, maybe like this we can have AiiDA running on the GHA runner, and submit to CSCS via FirecREST to execute ICON in the integration tests.
