Tasks:

• When posting anonymously, make it so that the tag is not displayed even if a TA or Instructor is posting
• Have check for tags always return false when posting anonymously

Acceptance Criteria:

• Tags do not appear when posting anonymously.
• Verify by posting and replying with a tag and then viewing it from another account to make sure one doesn't exist
