As a student I want to be able to filter posts by time created/time of last reply so that I can easily locate old but important posts that are not pinned

One can still find old posts w/out the filter anyways, it just requires more scrolling. it’s annoying but does not have a negative impact on the critical functionalities of NodeBB, so it is ranked last. This user story will probably require a small amount of effort
