As a user I want to receive experience points for posting, receiving comments, and my posts being viewed so that I have an incentive to post.
Justification
I would say an XP system is less impactful than a calendar as a calendar provides more tangible utility, being able to see important announcements and such. It would be more impactful than a post cooldown system as it would provide incentive to create meaningful posts, improving post quality, while a post cooldown is just trying to reduce the amount of repeated posts.
