White on orange is hard to read

White text on an orange background is hard to read:

Part of the problem is the gradient. A solid orange color would make it easier to read.

I'd love to come up with a more obvious differentiation between "please click this" and "you already clicked this" since it isn't obvious which background color means what (which leads to clicking on it again to find out that it was already faved (which un-faves it which then leads to another click to re-fave)).

Maybe sticking with the bolder blue color and reversing it would be better
(i think the Google plus button works that way... white bg with colored text until you click it,
then colored bg with white text once you have).

Could also consider changing the pluses to minuses or using a checkmark graphic or something.
