Please add the most recent change content to RSS if available

When I view the rss feed, which is often, I typically only click through to see the change log info.  It is nice when that information is available on the release page, that save me a step but... If that same info was in the body of the entry for the module in the RSS that would save me another step and keep me in my RSS reader more often rather then having to switch to a browser.
