The workflow needs to dispatched via nextflow kuberun -c nextflow.config /data/geoflow-repo/main.nf -profile kubernetes -v ceph-volume-geoflow:/data. However, as far as I understand the config options, this shouldn't be needed since it's already specified in k8s.config - no?
