As an SADP, how do I find and track CVE Records I have added SADP containers to?

A subset of the overall issue, here's a `cvelib` command that, as a CNA, does list Records I own, it would be nicde to have a similar API call for ADP containers I own:

```shell
$ cve --api-url https://cveawg-adp-test.mitre.org/api/ list
No CVEs found...
```

(Note this is not a `cvelib` issue, there'd need to be a Services API call for `cvelib` and other clients to use.)
