Incorrect PDF export results if merged cell span across page breaks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deploy ZK Spreadsheet Live
2. Select Assets worksheet
3. Click on Export to PDF toolbar button (choose default settings)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: PDF export is same as current worksheet
Actual: Subsequent pages are exported with empty first column and mismatched 
contents
