How to import a sketch (PDE file)

Is there any way to import a sketch (a PDE file, not a library) into APDE? I have the source code downloaded to my device, but I can't see any way to import it as a new sketch. It's rather long, and I'm too lazy to retype it in APDE.

Go to the Sketchbook path and insert the pde files to your project. Simple
