When user click `back`, confirm user that they are going to erase their data.

Leaving creating form without any changes also shows the confirm modal, because the create action actually be triggered when a user enters this page. But for good UX, this empty create action should be ignored.

Currently is hard to solve this issue now, will keep reopening.
