* Added the new scan-info-format flag.

* Updated tslog from 3.2.0 to 3.3.1
Updated eslint-plugin-prettier from 3.0.0 to 4.0.0
Restored jest to 26.6.3
Updated the scan test

* Added the missing package-lock.json with updated vresions.

* To make package-lock.json in sync with package.json
