FEAT: [CLIMATE WALLET] Automatically refresh screen when new token is detected #137
Description
Currently we refresh from 0 tokens to 1 token once we detect a token. But we are not doing the same for receiving a new token.
Need to automatically display new tokens even if we already have 1 token existing in the wallet.
