FEAT: [CLIMATE WALLET] Improve climate wallet log output

We should at the bare minimum write token driver logs to a log file, and a log out climate wallet errors.

Additionally, we should try to make the climate wallet aware of the token driver logs so that it can error with some generic message when specific token driver errors occur.
