Better functionality for auto-updating programs (convenience + user discretion)

Currently, WinUtil allows the auto-updating of programs via selecting "Show Installed Apps", then selecting "Install/Upgrade Applications".

However, the limitations of this include:

1. There is no way to automatically exclude programs from the selection that the user doesn't want to update via WinUtil. Manual de-selection is required, which is tedious.
2. There is no function to respect user discretion by requiring confirmation before installing updates for programs.

Idea

• Firstly, a feature to exclude certain applications from auto-selection (using a list saved in the WinUtil directory).
• Secondly, after updates are checked for the selected applications, display a GUI dialog listing all available updates. Users could deselect any updates they do not wish to install, or simply proceed to install all available updates. The download URL for each update should also be displayed before confirmation is given.

Implementation of these features would increase the convenience of regularly using WinUtil to check for and/or install application updates while retaining user discretion over which updates are installed.

Update: Cancel the comment I've added bellow - I got an alternative.
XXX I can't use "Upgrade all Applications" because there's no way to exclude some to be upgraded. There's one I have to keep on the actual version because the newer one is causing me issues. XXX

I would suggest using UniGetUI for this case, since WinUtil is more oriented for being "first launch" tool and main goal is to install apps.
Also I'm not sure if that's realizable on Choco. Yeah, there's "winget source", but for this... Unsure
