Describe the bug

No figure was shown after turning on the ir mode for a hub01 headgear rig.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get a hub01 modular recon headgear that is NOT active by debug menu and wear it.
  2. Get a battery by debug menu to reload it.
  3. Activate it twice to turn on its IR mode.
  4. Spawn some warm monsters by debug menu.
  5. Set the time to night.
  6. No figures are shown.

Expected behavior

Figures should be shown for warm monsters.

Additional context

if a hub01 headgear rig was spawned in its IR mode, its IR mode works as intended.
I guess there's something suspicious in the code that tells if an item is activated, since hub01 headgear rigs have 3 states (not activated, nightvision, ir) while most items has 2 (not activated, activated), and ir enchantment only works when activated.

I've noticed that, keep forgettin' it's on because of it. Thought it was just a mod I had that was breakin' it.
