Grappler pulls character off the roof, but character falls and stucked into underground. (No hole on the ground)

Describe the bug

I was on 2nd floor against bunch of zombies on 1st floor, then a grappler pulled me off, but I falled underground and was stucked in dirt.

Steps to reproduce

1. load the save file
2. step left to trigger grappler attack
3. see

Expected behavior

Just pull me off to the ground, not underground unless there's an acceptable reason (eg. a hole or fragile ground).
