main.tf : several errors with "Unsupported argument" with Terraform 0.12

Hello,

Can you update the Terraform code in fs2021 from Terraform 0.11 to 1.1 to fix errors because IBM Cloud does not support now Terraform 0.11 : https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/schematics?topic=schematics-deprecate-tf-version ?

When I try to use the Terraform code in fs2021 with Terraform 0.12, I have several errors. See the log file in this ticket.
