bookmark element covered by the header

Hi, I don't know whether to open an issue, if in doubt I'll open a discussion. The problem is as follows: if I set an ID on an item, then a bookmark, when the user clicks on the bookmark link, the item appears at the top of the view. However, at the top of the view is the main heading, so the element is covered by the header. To view the bookmarked item, the user needs to scroll down the page a little further. Can this be fixed?
