Suggestion: Hide entries with `c:hidden_from_recipe_viewers` tag in creative tabs

Hi !

Currently, adding the tag c:hidden_from_recipe_viewers to an item hides the corresponding ItemStack from EMI's Index. However, they still appear in the EMI Creative Tabs added by this mod. It would be nice to properly hide items from everywhere !
