When following the guide to test awaLWM2M client against 3rd party servers (Wakaama for bootstrap, Leshan as server) the bootstrap fails as indicated below.

Bootstrap request from "testingclient666"
Sending DELETE /0 to "testingclient666" OK.
8 bytes received from [::ffff:127.0.0.1]:15764

 Received status 4.05 (COAP_405_METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED) for URI /0 from endpoint testingclient666.
