SCP Labels Dissapearing from menu

SCP labels dont appear in spawn menu, but still appear in game when spawning scp chambers, however their names appear as 'entity.label.name'

Due to their current implementation, lables and their variants are not searchable and are only accessable in the 'SCP Items' category, its not ideal i know, I've changed the way they work in 1.16.5 however doing it for 1.12.2 can introduce a lot registry errors which im not comfortable with doing to peoples worlds.
