[Bug]: SCP: Snowstorm Spam Spawning in Twilight Forest #4

Description
The SCP: Snowstorm is spawning every 10 or so blocks in the Twilight like crazy. I'm on version Forge 1.20.1.
Steps To Reproduce
Go to the Twilight forest with SCP Overtime 1.20.1 installed, and SCP: Snowstorm is EVERYWHERE.
Expected behavior
Not spawning every few blocks everywhere in the Twlight Forest.
