Update to watercolor source data

Since creating Pull Requests on the watercolor repository is limited to collaborators and no issues are allowed over there, I am hijacking this repositories issues to make little notes about the other:

While there is an open PR that needs review at

• Add LICENSE and README watercolor#1

there are were more changes made to the upstream source of the watercolor fork, which could be considered for archival in the collection, too.

And of course my suggestion is to at least allow issues on the other repository, if not also PRs, in so the public can contribute freely, and doesn't have to work around the setup like I do.
