Now I am suddenly in a new file called #file:ps4.py-context.
I expected using <C-y> would change the particular function in original file.

Yea that is just LLM hallucinating and not following the generation prompt correctly. try with claude 3.7 (or 3.5) if you arent, both can follow it pretty nicely. This will improve when the generation prompt will be simplified in future for weaker models as well hopefully
