Cannot add any file to context

I cannot add any file to context.

Steps to reproduce:

• Copy CopilotChat config for lazy.nvim from README.md
• CLI commands:

$ mkdir -p some/folder
$ cd some/folder
$ echo "File content of file.txt" > file.txt
$ neovim

• Open CopilotChat via :CopilotChatOpen
• Enter in CopilotChat

#file:file.txt
 
Give me the file content

• Notice output from CopilotChat:
  The file file.txt does not exist in your project directory (/home/username/some/folder). Please check the file name or create the file if needed. If you want to create or edit this file, let me know what content you want to add.
• variations like

#file:/home/username/some/folder/file.txt
#file://home/username/some/folder/file.txt
#file:///home/username/some/folder/file.txt
#file:~/some/folder/file.txt
#files:/./file.txt

also do not work either

Not sure if that is a bug or I am doing anything wrong. But I cannot see how the issue can be sitting before the screen. As I copied the config directly from README.md and all I need to type is #file:file.txt and yet even that does not work. Not much surface area to do wrong.

So I assume this is a bug?
