Bios 906 error 0x20 Permission is denied by user

Hello,

When trying to install 906 I got an error code 0x20 persission denied by user. (see image)

Steps taken:

• added 603 bios to newly flashed usb
• added 906 .fd file to to usb
• rebooted laptop
• made sure that secure boot was disabled and password set, also cleared keys
• booted on the usb, entered 'unlockme'
• shut off the pc
• booted on the usb, entered 'H2OFFT-Sx64.efi XMAKB5R0P0906.fd'

after all this I was presented wil the attached image.
The computer had 80% battery.

I get the same response when trying to downgrade from 906 to 603.

I'm getting the same error. Anyone got relief from it? Then how?
