Problem with rendering non-ascii charachters in the title of journals

Looking that those examples, that is a correct representation of those titles in JSON. If you use a JSON viewer in you browser you should see them rendered correctly.

But this is not the correct rendering of JSON! Please see the rendering of "Успехи математических наук" here (I put it as the "description" of the repository):

You can represent Unicode characters in JSON as Unicode characters or escape sequences. They are both correct according to the specification. To quote the specification:

Any character may be escaped. If the character is in the Basic
Multilingual Plane (U+0000 through U+FFFF), then it may be
represented as a six-character sequence: a reverse solidus, followed
by the lowercase letter u, followed by four hexadecimal digits that
encode the character's code point. The hexadecimal letters A though
F can be upper or lower case. So, for example, a string containing
only a single reverse solidus character may be represented as
"\u005C".

Any JSON-compliant parser will treat the string 'Успехи математических наук" as identical to "\u0423\u0441\u043f\u0435\u0445\u0438 \u043c\u0430\u0442\u0435\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0438\u0447\u0435\u0441\u043a\u0438\u0445 \u043d\u0430\u0443\u043a".

Is your JSON library not parsing these correctly?

We are considering to use your journal api as reference for thousands of journals on WikiData (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P236). It would be great if people who get redirected to the api could actually read the text without the use of any json add-on.
