clean-up Crossref test/internal accounts

Hi, in this query of members with closed references (http://api.crossref.org/works?filter=reference-visibility:closed&facet=publisher-name:*&rows=0#), there appears to be 12+ entries for Crossref. Can we clean these up and at least set their ref-pref to Open if they're all still needed :-)

All of the Crossref accounts have been set to 'open' now. Still not showing in the API at the moment.
