Book chapter JSON does not contain DOI of the parent book (container)

Book chapters XML does contain the DOI of the container, but the JSON does not. This makes it very hard, for example, to roll-up citation data to the parent container. This seems like a very big omission and I'm surprised it hasn't been called out before. Workaround for the moment is to get the XML for the chapter record and extract the parent container DOI from that.

Some additional discussion from 2018-10-31 discussion: Mike says it does and doesn’t. Parent doesn’t have to have DOI, has ISBN - no DOI necessary at the book level. Chapters always have a DOI of its own. In the XML the metadata of a chapter always includes the full metadata of the container (the book) including a DOI of the parent (the book) IF it has it. Book chapters must be deposited with a DOI for the chapter, but no DOI for the book itself - this is legal. Record for the book may be the title, volume number, ISBN. If no DOI assigned to book itself, cannot get to the book metadata without going through one of its chapter DOIs. If you look at the metadata for the chapter, it contains the metadata we DO have.
