Get journal doi from article

Hi!

I am trying to identify journal doi by looking at article, however, I don't see such field in API response. I see one possible way to do it: get journal title, publisher and doi prefix and try to find the journal by these 3 keys. The problem is that these 3 values are not uniquely identifying journal, e.g. there are several entries of "Central European Journal of Urology" with same title, publisher and prefix. So can you please suggest best practice for identifying journal by article? Thanks!

Hello,

You can find the journal title against the article by displaying the <container-title> after filtering on the DOI. A query something like this:
http://api.crossref.org/works?filter=doi:10.1007/s10570-019-02399-9&select=DOI,container-title,ISSN

Thank you for your reply! I understand how to retrieve journal title, publisher and ISSN from article by doi, however, I cannot uniquely identify journal by these values: I see several different journals in system with the same publisher and title. So is there any way to get journal doi by knowing article doi?
