I am doing this for a friend and will send it as a gift.
I could get his network details and manually configure them, but wouldn't it be better if we can enable a WPS connection? So she can just press her router's button and connect automatically. I wonder how can I do that. Can I like write a script that automatically checks and connects to WPS enabled networks?

Hi @MustafaAnasKH99, what you have suggested sounds like a great idea. I also had a couple of alternative ideas. For example, if the RPi does not find a known WiFi network at boot it creates a WiFi hotspot and hosts a simple web page for configuring WiFi networrks. Or WiFi credietials could be entered using a Bluetooth connection.

These are all great ideas but I simply don't have the time right now to implement any of them. If you would like to do something like this then I cannot give you any assistance.
